What kind of parameters we are looking for in our reviews?

First of all we check the ingredients. Surprisingly many products are not very honest in sharing their ingredients. They often hide information about source of proteins, fat and carbohydrates. There is big difference in animal and plant protein and fat. Dogs are carnivals, so they need as much animal protein and fat. The best including with offal, because it is natural for dogs to eat whole animal including everything inside. So products containing healthy offal gets bug plus.

Then we focus on colourings, chemical flavours, carbohydrates sources. We also check micronutrients like omega 3 (from fish oil or flax seed), vitamins and minerals.

At last we check reviews on forums and social networks to see opinion of the users. And we also test the products on our own dogs, which are hidden under “Taz” name, who is our mascot.
